Owner and professional pastry chef Bailey Smock understands the special feeling a captivating cake can add to any occasion. Let’s create an unforgettable experience with all eyes (and phones) on your extravagant confectionary centerpiece.
Bailey’s commitment to excellence and craftsmanship began with an overseas au pair opportunity to shadow Mona, a doctor. When not at the clinic, Mona enlisted Bailey’s help with her baking business. Every pastry had to be precisely handcrafted down to the last detail or Bailey had to start again.
This hands-on training and extensive portfolio propelled her to a career as a professional pastry chef with the Denver Broncos. With a natural inclination for leadership and entrepreneurship, Bailey pursued the food industry, working her way up to successfully running a multi-location startup.
As a certified Professional in Human Resources and an advisory board member of the University of Colorado’s Women in Leadership, she values supporting and uplifting others to benefit the greater good.
